Los Cabos — Things to Do

Land's End Boat Tour & El Arco

Scenic

Getaway Unpacked Edit

A 30-minute water taxi ride from the Cabo Marina to the iconic El Arco rock arch at Land's End — the most photographed site in Mexico and the literal meeting point of two oceans.

Why It’s Worth Your Time

El Arco de Cabo San Lucas is the image of Baja — a dramatic natural rock arch at the very tip of the peninsula where the Pacific meets the Sea of Cortez. Water taxis depart every few minutes from the marina. The tour takes you past sea lions lounging on Pelican Rock, the pristine Playa del Amor (Lover's Beach), and into the arch itself at low tide. The glass-bottom boats are worth the small premium. Best in morning light.

What Stands Out

  • El Arco — the iconic natural arch where two oceans meet
  • Sea lions at Pelican Rock — up close from the boat
  • Playa del Amor — pristine beach accessible only by water
  • Glass-bottom boat option worth the small premium
  • Best in morning light — afternoon can be crowded with cruise ships
