The most dramatic resort setting in Los Cabos — built into the cliffs at the Pacific tip of the Baja Peninsula, accessible only through a private tunnel. Forbes Five-Star, recently renovated.
Why We Chose It
The Waldorf Pedregal sits at the literal end of the Baja Peninsula, carved into volcanic cliffs above the Pacific. Every room has a private plunge pool, a furnished terrace with Sea of Cortez views, and at least 856 square feet. The resort completed a multi-year renovation in late 2025. El Farallon, the signature cliffside seafood restaurant, is one of the great dining experiences in Mexico — guests select their fish market-style from shaved ice. Named #3 in Cabo San Lucas Hotels by US News 2026.
