A polished riverfront hotel in downtown SoBro, close to Broadway but visually and atmospherically removed from the honky-tonk strip. Its outdoor pool deck, spa, river views, and current Italian-focused dining make it Nashville’s most conventional full-service urban luxury option.
Why We Chose It
Four Seasons Hotel Nashville occupies a 40-story tower at 1st Avenue and Demonbreun in SoBro—not the Gulch. The hotel combines 235 rooms and suites with a spa, fitness facilities, and a seventh-floor outdoor pool overlooking the Cumberland River. The dining program has changed since opening, so old references to Mimo or L’Way should not guide a reservation; use the hotel’s current dining page for Bacco Bar, Rivière, and other active concepts. The location is walkable to Broadway, the convention center, arenas, and riverfront attractions.
